Place lavash bread on the plate. Put the minced meat mixture on it and serve with various side dishes. For this classic presentation, lavash, minced meat, tomato, onion with sumac and pickled peppers are placed on the plate respectively.
Meat wraps are made with lavash bread filled with cooked cubed meat, chopped tomatoes, onions and parsley, wrapped tightly and served as a roll. After the wrap is placed on a serving plate, it is served with sumac onion salad, pickles and ayran. The wrap is served hot and can also be cut into small pieces if desired.
The meat is served right in front of the guest with potato side dishes (fried potatoes, potato pie), vegetable side dishes (sautéed asparagus, carrots, peas) and appropriate sauces.
